ABOUT JUNOCITY

Less paperwork. More room for your work.

Updated 6 October 2026

Junocity helps independent workers, freelancers, small businesses and small sellers prepare invoices, purchase orders and packing slips, plan rates and quotes, and follow up on payment. The tools are free to use, with no account or AI subscription required.

Who maintains Junocity

Junocity is an independent project maintained by Aditya Pokharel. Product questions, corrections and privacy requests go to addy.ponty7@gmail.com. The guides explain this site's tools and practical document workflows; they do not claim professional accounting, tax or legal review.

Create, review, download

Enter your details, review the result, and download a PDF or copy your reminder. Document calculations, logo processing and PDF creation run in your browser. The PDF-to-Markdown converter also processes selected files locally, without uploading them or calling an AI service. You decide where to send the finished document.

The batch photo watermark tool adds your text or logo to JPG and PNG photos on your device. Its placement examples help you choose a readable mark; they do not establish ownership or prevent copying. Keep your original photographs separately.

Your entries are not saved by Junocity. Download your document before leaving. Closing or refreshing the page may lose your work. Junocity cannot recover an unsaved draft.

A focused toolkit

Use the tool directory to choose the next step: plan the work, record an order, prepare a shipment, invoice, or follow up. PDF-to-Markdown helps move existing document text into your notes and documentation, while photo watermarking helps prepare images for sharing.

Junocity does not process payments, verify bank details, convert currencies, or send messages to clients. You remain responsible for checking amounts, tax treatment, recipient details, and payment instructions. The product limits explain the calculations and what to review.

Junocity uses limited daily usage counts to understand whether its tools are useful. These counts contain fixed action and page names, not invoice contents or visitor identifiers. The document tools do not send entries or selected files to advertising or tracking services. The privacy notice explains usage counts, opt-out choices, and hosting requests.

How to use and check the guides

Junocity's examples use fictional clients, projects and amounts. The calculation guides show their inputs and arithmetic so you can reproduce the result in the linked tool. A result is only as useful as its assumptions: a quote does not decide scope, a due date does not interpret your contract, and a reminder cannot confirm payment status.

Product checks cover decimal calculations, document output, navigation and browser behavior using fictional data. These checks test the described software behavior; they do not certify invoices or guarantee a business outcome. Dates on articles identify content updates, not a promise that a jurisdiction's rules have been reviewed.

If an example, calculation or download seems wrong, report the page address and the expected result. Use a made-up example rather than sending a client's invoice, bank details or other private information. The support address above is also the correction contact.

Recent improvements

Keeping the tools free

Google advertising and consent scripts are currently disabled while verified site approval is pending. The tools remain free to use; no purchase or ad interaction is required.

Limited placements are prepared for possible later activation: one on the tool directory and up to two in each of four guide articles. Financial tools, invoice templates and the PDF-to-Markdown converter remain outside that plan. See the privacy notice and advertising and affiliate disclosure for the current status.
