Privacy notice

Version 2026-09-30-beta.9 · Updated 30 September 2026

This notice explains how information is handled when you use Junocity. For questions about this notice or a privacy request, email addy.ponty7@gmail.com or use the contact page.

Information you enter in the tools

Invoice and purchase-order details, packing-slip entries, client and supplier information, calculator values, reminder drafts, and optional logos are processed in your browser. The application does not send these entries to a server, put them in a URL, or use them for analytics. It does not save a draft history, create an account, or back up your work.

These entries are used to perform the action you request: calculate, preview, prepare text, print, create a PDF, or extract Markdown. They remain in the current page’s memory. Closing or refreshing the page may lose them. Your browser or operating system may retain or restore its own copies.

PDF-to-Markdown conversion

A PDF you select is read and processed on your device by a locally served PDF parser. Junocity does not upload the file, its name, metadata, text, links, or extracted Markdown to a server or an AI service. The parser loads only for the converter. The selected file and output are held in page memory, with no automatic saving. Clearing the tool discards that state; refreshing or leaving may lose it.

This version extracts existing text. It does not send scanned pages to an OCR provider or infer missing content. Review the output before copying or downloading it, particularly for columns, tables and reading order.

Batch photo watermarking

Photos and logos you select, watermark text, filenames, image metadata, previews, and watermarked copies are processed on your device. They are not uploaded to Junocity or supplied to advertising, analytics, AI, or cloud-processing services. The photo workspace does not send usage counts. It loads only locally served code and does not save selections, settings, or folder handles in browser storage.

The tool processes photos sequentially and offers bounded ZIP parts. Where your browser supports folder saving, you explicitly choose and authorize a destination, and the tool writes new copies into a new output subfolder. It does not edit originals. Unsaved work can be lost when you leave or refresh. Cancel and clear release current application state but cannot remove files already saved, or browser/operating-system managed temporary copies. Export re-encodes images and may change quality, color handling, or metadata.

Downloads, printing, and copied text

Downloading creates a file on your device. Printing passes the document to your browser’s print system. Copying places text on your device’s clipboard. These actions happen only when you request them.

Clear/reset removes the current application state. It cannot delete downloaded files, clipboard history, printed documents, browser-managed copies, or device backups. Use your browser, device, or other application settings to manage those copies.

Website hosting

Your browser requests page files from the website’s host. Those requests can include an IP address, requested URL, time, browser details, and security information. This information is used to deliver and protect the website; it is separate from the entries you type into the tools.

Cloudflare Workers Static Assets delivers the website, and a separate Cloudflare Worker and D1 database handle the limited usage counts described below. Cloudflare processes website requests at its network edge and may record request and security logs to deliver and protect the site. The application does not upload tool entries, logos or selected PDFs.

Cloudflare’s processing may take place outside your country. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of visitor request information, international processing, and retention. Junocity does not promise a provider retention period or control deletion from every provider system.

Limited usage counts

To understand whether the tools are useful, Junocity counts page views, the start of invoice editing, successful invoice, purchase-order and packing-slip PDF generation, and successful PDF-to-Markdown conversion. A small script served by Junocity sends a fixed action name and a fixed page name to https://junocity.com/api/usage. For an eligible page view whose address contains the exact utm_source=chatgpt.com value documented by OpenAI for ChatGPT Search referral links, the browser may also send the fixed source category chatgpt. Junocity does not send your entries, amounts, currency, filename, the query string itself, the referring URL, search text, or a visitor identifier.

A page view is eligible after the page is visible for three seconds, or when an eligible tool action happens sooner. Each action is counted at most once per page load. Local previews, sample document actions, known automated traffic, and opted-out visits are excluded. Filters cannot identify every bot, and blocked or failed requests may be missing. A PDF count means the document was generated, not that it was saved, sent, or paid. A conversion count means text was extracted, not that the output was correct or reused. Counts do not identify unique people. A ChatGPT source count means the eligible page address contained that fixed source value; it does not prove that a particular answer cited Junocity or that the visit came from a unique person.

The usage database stores daily totals by action and page and, separately, daily ChatGPT source totals by page, using UTC dates, for a 90-day reporting window. Older totals are removed by daily cleanup. It stores no individual event history, IP addresses, browser identifiers, full referrers, or query strings. Cloudflare still receives normal request metadata when delivering the site and receiving a count. Usage measurement does not use cookies, browser storage, advertising services, or session replay, and a measurement failure does not prevent you from using the tools.

Junocity skips measurement when your browser sends Do Not Track or exposes Global Privacy Control. You can also add ?junocity_analytics=off to a page address to turn off measurement. Ordinary clicks on internal links carry that parameter to the next page. The choice is not stored: a fresh visit to an address without the parameter can be counted unless your browser sends one of those signals. For example, open the invoice generator without usage measurement.

Messages you send to support

The contact form prepares an email draft in your own email app. It does not send the message or submit the form to a Junocity server. The name, email address, and message you enter are passed to your email app only when you choose “Open email draft.” You review and send it from there. An opened draft may be kept by your email app or provider even if you do not send it.

If you send an inquiry, the operator and the providers involved receive your address, message, and any details you include. We use that information to respond, investigate issues, and handle related requests or complaints. Please use fictional examples and send only the information needed to explain the issue.

The owner’s inquiry mailbox is provided by Gmail. We retain support conversations while needed to handle the request and related follow-up, or to meet an applicable legal obligation. Provider backups and retention may differ. Google’s privacy policy describes its processing, including international processing and retention. We do not use support messages for advertising or send marketing messages because you asked for help.

Cookies and tracking

Junocity’s own tool and usage-count code does not use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, or a service worker. Its limited usage script is served by Junocity. Cloudflare Web Analytics and its Real User Measurement beacon are disabled. No affiliate links are active. Google advertising and consent scripts are currently disabled while site approval is pending. See cookies and storage.

Advertising is off while approval is pending

Google advertising and consent scripts are currently disabled on every Junocity page. AdSense activation is on hold pending verified site approval. Preparing placements does not mean that ads are being served or that Junocity is earning advertising revenue.

If activated later, the prepared placements are limited to one footer position on the tool directory and up to two positions in each of four articles: creating an invoice, international invoicing, payment terms, and invoice emails. Financial tools, invoice templates, the PDF-to-Markdown converter, homepage, guide index and legal pages remain outside that plan. Generated documents contain no advertisements.

Any later activation would use the published Google consent controls, non-personalized ads and restricted data processing. Loading those services can send ordinary browser information to Google and involve cookies; non-personalized does not mean cookie-free. These practices and choices will be described here when enabled. See Google’s partner-site privacy information.

Disabling the integration does not remove cookies stored during an earlier visit or by another site. You can inspect or delete those through your browser. Junocity’s separate first-party usage counts and their opt-outs remain as described above.

Your choices and requests

You choose what to enter, export, print, or copy. Because Junocity does not receive your tool entries, the operator cannot retrieve an unsaved document or delete a downloaded copy from your device.

Contact us to ask about information we actually hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern. We may need limited information to identify the relevant conversation and confirm that the request is yours. Available rights and any obligation to retain information depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

Changes

Changes to these practices will be reflected here with an updated version and date. A change in the operator does not transfer browser-only tool entries that Junocity never received. Any information actually held, such as support messages, must be handled consistently with the applicable notice and obligations.
