A clear order. A considered start.

Purchase order generator

Put the details in order before the work begins. Prepare a clear purchase order with quantities, agreed prices and delivery instructions, then download a PDF to review and share.

Your entries and logo stay in this page’s memory. Download before leaving or refreshing; Junocity does not automatically save them. How privacy works.

Purchaser and supplier

Add your logo Optional

Maximum 2 MB and 4,096 pixels per side. Re-encoded locally to remove original metadata. Use a logo you have permission to use.

Order details

Changing currency relabels amounts; it does not convert prices.

Items to order

Up to 50 items. Quantities and unit prices accept up to 6 decimal places.

Discount, tax and delivery

Lines round first, then the discount and tax. Tax applies to the discounted item subtotal. Shipping / other cost is added after tax and is not taxed here. Check that this matches your agreement and local requirements.

Terms and instructions

Reset clears this page’s entries, logo and terms selection. It cannot delete downloaded documents or browser-managed copies. Creating a PDF does not place an order or send it to a supplier.

From agreed details to a clear purchase order

  1. Add your business and the supplier, a PO number, dates and delivery addresses.
  2. List the items, quantities and agreed prices. Choose the currency and check any discount, tax or delivery cost.
  3. Add payment terms and instructions, review the preview, then download or print. Send the document yourself after checking it.

A purchase order records what a buyer proposes to purchase. An invoice requests payment, and a packing slip records what is included in a shipment. For an earlier estimate, use the project quote calculator.

Before you send your PO

Confirm the supplier’s details, prices, currency, delivery arrangements and approval process. Junocity does not send orders, verify suppliers, process payments or provide procurement approval. A document’s legal effect depends on the agreement and applicable law; this template does not guarantee a binding contract or tax compliance.

How are totals calculated?

Each quantity × unit price is rounded half up to the currency’s decimal places. Those lines form the subtotal. A fixed or percentage discount is applied, followed by optional percentage tax on the discounted subtotal. Shipping / other cost is added afterwards and is not taxed by this tool. Use the tool only when this calculation matches your requirements.

Can I choose another currency?

Choose one of the preset currencies or enter a three-letter custom code and 0–4 decimal places. Preset currencies retain their usual configured precision. Junocity does not verify custom codes or convert exchange rates; changing currency keeps the entered prices.

How many items can I include?

Add up to 50 items, with descriptions up to 1,200 characters each. Long orders continue across PDF pages with repeated table headers. PDF supports Latin text and common Western European accents; use browser printing for scripts your browser supports.

Are my order details uploaded or saved?

No. Entries and logos are processed in your browser and held in page memory. Download before refreshing or leaving. A local PNG or JPEG logo up to 2 MB and 4,096 pixels per side is re-encoded before use. See the privacy notice for the separate anonymous usage measurement.
