PRODUCT LIMITS
What to check before you send.
Photo watermarks and output quality
The batch photo watermark tool adds text, your logo, or both to new JPEG or PNG copies. It does not verify ownership or guarantee protection against copying, cropping or watermark removal. Use only content you have permission to process.
Export re-encodes images: JPEG is lossy, and metadata, DPI and original color profiles may change or be absent. This is a proofing and web-sharing tool, not a promise of archival, HDR or professional print fidelity. Keep originals and check your output. Large photos can exceed browser/device limits even when output resizing is selected; supported formats and limits are shown in the workspace.
Documents and payment details
Junocity creates documents from information you enter. It does not process payments or verify bank details. Check amounts, tax treatment, recipient details, and payment instructions before sending.
An invoice is not a receipt, proof of payment, verified debt record, or tax certificate. An ordinary PDF may not meet every mandatory invoice, structured e-invoicing, reporting, or recordkeeping requirement that applies to your work.
Invoice arithmetic and currencies
Line amounts are rounded to the selected currency precision using decimal half-up rounding, then summed. The invoice discount is applied before the optional user-entered tax. This convention may differ from a contract, accounting system, or required tax method. Tax starts blank/off; this does not mean the supply is exempt or zero-rated.
One invoice uses one currency. Custom codes are not checked against a currency registry, and you must confirm their decimal precision. Changing currency changes the denomination without converting the amounts.
Purchase orders and packing slips
A purchase order is a record of the order you want to place. Junocity does not verify supplier acceptance, authorization, contract formation or enforceability. Confirm those details separately. Line values use decimal half-up rounding, with the entered discount before tax; shipping and other costs follow the calculation shown by the tool. No jurisdiction-specific tax treatment is inferred.
A packing slip lists the contents you enter. Quantities, package references, weights and dimensions are not physically verified. It is not a carrier shipping label, customs document, proof of dispatch or proof of delivery. The tool does not buy postage, book shipping or retrieve tracking updates.
PDF-to-Markdown extraction
The converter reads text already present in a PDF. It does not perform OCR, restore absent text or use AI to complete the document. Headings, paragraphs, lists, links and simple tables are best-effort; columns, unusual fonts and complex layouts may need manual correction. When structure is uncertain, plain text is preferred. Review the output before using it in notes, documentation or an AI workflow.
Planning calculators
The rate calculator divides target annual owner income before personal tax plus business expenses by annual billable hours. It is a planning estimate, not a market rate, personal-tax calculation, or earnings forecast.
The quote calculator uses your estimated costs, contingency, and target margin. Margin differs from markup. The result is not an agreed contract or a guarantee of profit, and the tool cannot tell whether you have counted a cost twice.
The due-date calculator adds calendar days, treating the issue date as day zero. It does not adjust for business days, holidays, local law, or terms you have not entered.
Reminder drafts
Reminders use local templates and your details. Check the wording and your payment records before sending. Junocity does not contact clients, verify nonpayment, add penalties, threaten legal action, or decide whether an amount is legally enforceable.
When you need more than a tool
The website provides practical product guidance, not individual legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice. Seek appropriate professional advice when the document or calculation does not fit your circumstances. These limits do not replace accurate software or remove responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
