Check the amount, date, recipient, and payment status yourself. Copied text may contain client information.
THE THINKING BEHIND IT
A thoughtful message.
With the context to use it.
How it works
Choose a tone, enter the invoice details, and prepare a draft. Every draft comes from a fixed local template. Read and edit it before you copy it into your own email app.
A worked example
Fictional example: Alex at Example Studio is following up with Taylor at Demo Works about DEMO-001 for USD 750.00, due on 30 September 2026. Choose the wording that matches your own records.
Keep in mind
Junocity does not check payment status, send messages, assess enforceability, add penalties, or make legal demands. “Overdue” and “firm” wording assumes your own records show the amount outstanding. Verify that assumption before sending.
Amounts use decimal half-up rounding to the selected currency’s precision. Selecting a different currency does not convert the amount.
READ THE DRAFT BEFORE SENDING
One invoice.
Three ways to follow up.
These are the generator’s actual templates using fictional invoice DEMO-001 for USD 750.00, due on 30 September 2026. The names and date are examples. A selected tone changes the wording; it does not check whether the invoice is late or unpaid.
Polite: a first reminder
This version states the due date without asserting that payment is overdue. It also gives the client an opening to ask for a copy or clarify a detail.
Overdue: ask for an expected payment date
The subject, greeting and sign-off stay the same. The body below explicitly says the invoice is outstanding, so use it only after checking the due date and your payment records.
Firm: follow up on an earlier message
This body says “again” and “still,” so it assumes an earlier follow-up and a balance that remains unpaid. It asks for a response without inventing a late fee, deadline or legal consequence.
Make the draft match the situation
Check the recipient, invoice reference, currency and agreed due date against the original invoice. If a partial payment, credit or dispute exists, edit the draft to explain the actual balance and context. Add only payment instructions you have verified. If you want to attach the invoice, do so in your own email app; this generator does not attach files or send the message.
Keep your next step simple.
