A QUIET SIGNATURE
The corner brand
Keep the image central, with a short name in the lower-right corner. Leave space from the edge and check that the mark stays readable over both light and dark areas.
Starts with text, bottom-right placement, and 75% opacity. Replace the sample text or choose your own logo in the workspace.

CLEARLY A PROOF
The proof grid
Repeat a light, diagonal mark across the frame when you want a version to read as a proof. Check faces and important details: the watermark should identify the version without making the image impossible to assess.
Starts with repeated PROOF text, a −25° rotation, and 24% opacity. You can change the words, size, rotation, and opacity.

A READABLE CREDIT LINE
The photo credit
Place a concise credit in the lower-left corner. A restrained dark backing helps light text remain readable when the background changes from one photo to the next.
Starts with text, bottom-left placement, a contrast backing, and 80% opacity. Replace the sample name with the credit you want printed.
Light text can disappear over a bright sky; dark text can disappear in shadows. Check both extremes in your collection. A small contrast backing can be more useful than making the mark larger or fully opaque.
Give the edges some space
Use inset padding so the watermark has breathing room. Relative size and padding help the layout adapt to portrait and landscape photos. Review both orientations instead of judging a whole collection from one frame.
Keep your logo's proportions
A transparent PNG avoids a rectangular logo background. The tool preserves the logo's aspect ratio; adjust its relative size instead of stretching it. Leave room for the whole text-and-logo group when using both.
Keep the original
These presets add visible marks to new copies. They do not guarantee protection from removal, and export re-encodes your image. Keep the original for future edits and review the output quality.
