USING JUNOCITY

Terms of Use

Version 2026-09-30-beta.3 · Updated 30 September 2026

1. The service

These terms cover Junocity, the website and tools available at junocity.com. For support, privacy requests, or complaints, email addy.ponty7@gmail.com or use the contact page.

Junocity provides free browser-based tools for preparing invoices, purchase orders and packing slips, converting text-based PDFs to Markdown, watermarking batches of supported photos, planning rates and quotes, calculating due dates, and drafting payment reminders. The tools are designed for independent workers, freelancers, small businesses and small sellers. No account, purchase, or affiliate click is required.

Junocity does not process or initiate payments, hold funds, verify bank details or transactions, convert currencies, file taxes, collect debts, or send messages to your clients.

2. Your entries and documents

Use information, photos, logos and PDFs you have authority to process and reuse. A watermark does not establish ownership or grant rights to an image. Check issuer and client details, invoice numbering, dates, descriptions, quantities, rates, discounts, tax treatment, currency, and payment instructions before sending a document.

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You may use the generated documents for legitimate business purposes, including commercially, subject to your rights in the underlying content and applicable law. Junocity does not claim ownership of your document content or permission to sell it, advertise with it, or use it to train AI.

Do not use the tools for fraud, impersonation, misleading documents, unlawful conduct, or interference with the service. Do not enter card numbers, CVVs, PINs, passwords, one-time codes, banking credentials, identity-document images, or cryptocurrency secrets.

3. Review the result

Calculations follow the conventions shown beside each tool. Invoice line amounts use decimal half-up rounding to the chosen currency precision; the invoice discount is applied before the optional user-entered tax. Other systems or applicable rules may use different methods. A blank tax field is not a finding of tax exemption.

Review the preview and exported document. Check that the fields, text, calculation method, currency precision, and document type fit your work and any applicable requirements. Custom currency codes are not verified against a currency registry, and changing a currency does not exchange-convert amounts.

An invoice does not prove payment or establish whether a debt is enforceable. An ordinary PDF is not a substitute for any required government reporting or structured e-invoicing system. The tools and guides do not provide individual legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice. See the product limits.

A purchase order records a requested purchase; Junocity does not determine whether it has been accepted or forms an enforceable agreement. Check supplier details, authorization, shipping costs, delivery instructions and the agreed terms. A packing slip is a contents list, not postage or an official carrier label. Junocity does not book shipments or verify tracking references.

PDF-to-Markdown conversion is best-effort extraction of existing text. Complex layouts, tables, fonts and reading order may not survive accurately. Scanned PDFs need OCR, which this version does not provide. No AI fills in missing text. Review extracted content and links before reuse.

Photo watermarking creates new copies and re-encodes images. JPEG export is lossy, and original metadata, DPI and color profiles may not be preserved. Keep originals and review exports; visible watermarks can be removed. Unsupported formats, large files and device limits can prevent processing. Folder saving requires your explicit permission where supported; cancellation cannot delete copies already saved.

4. Saving your work and privacy

Your tool entries are processed in your browser and are not saved by Junocity. Download your document before leaving. Closing or refreshing the page may lose your work; Junocity cannot recover unsaved drafts. Clear/reset cannot delete downloads, clipboard contents, printed pages, browser-managed copies, or backups.

Before the first PDF export, print, or reminder-copy action in a page session, you are asked to agree to these terms. The selection is held only in page memory and may be lost on navigation or refresh. It is not a verified server-side acceptance record or consent to marketing or tracking. The privacy notice explains the separate information flows.

5. Availability and responsibility

Junocity aims to provide accurate calculations and usable documents. It cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that the tools cover every individual situation. Features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Keep your own copies of documents you need.

These product limits do not remove rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of liability or a fixed financial liability cap.

6. Support, complaints, and external links

Use the contact page to report a problem or complaint. Include a minimal fictional example where possible. We will review the issue, explain the outcome, and consider further information if you believe it remains unresolved.

External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not establish a partnership or professional endorsement. No paid referral links are active; any future paid recommendation will be identified beside the link as described in the affiliate disclosure.

7. Changes

Updated terms will show their version and date. Material changes will be explained when introduced, and a changed version requires fresh in-session acceptance for future exports, printing, and copying. An update does not remove existing rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

A change in the operator does not transfer browser-only documents that Junocity never received. Support information actually held must be handled consistently with the privacy notice and applicable obligations.
