Make a packing slip in three steps
- Identify the order. Add the sender, recipient, shipping address, order number and shipment date. Include an invoice or tracking reference if you already have one.
- List what you packed. Enter each item’s description and quantities. Use SKU and carton references to distinguish similar products or separate boxes. For partial shipments, keep the original ordered quantity and enter only what is packed now.
- Review the document. Check addresses, quantities and any notes. Choose A4 or US Letter, accept the terms, and download a PDF or open your browser’s print dialog.
What a packing slip includes
A packing slip describes a shipment’s contents. This tool includes no prices or payment totals, so it can travel with the package while the invoice remains a separate document. If you are arranging an order with a supplier, start with a purchase order.
Practical limits
Add up to 50 items. Ordered and packed quantities support up to six decimal places and a maximum of 1,000,000 per line. Unit weights are optional, can use kg or lb, and are not converted or summed. Enter units alongside dimensions, such as “20 × 15 × 4 cm.” Quantity totals add your entered numbers; check that your units are consistent.
Junocity does not validate addresses, calculate shipping charges, purchase postage, contact carriers or create official carrier shipping labels. This is not a customs declaration or bill of lading. Check any additional documents required for your shipment separately.
Common questions
Do I need a Shopify, Etsy, Amazon or carrier account?
No. Enter your details directly in the tool. There is no platform connection, carrier booking or tracking lookup.
Can I use it for a partial shipment?
Yes. Keep quantity ordered separate from quantity packed, then explain outstanding items in customer / order notes. Junocity does not maintain inventory or track earlier shipments.
Are my addresses and logo uploaded?
No. Entries, logo processing and document generation stay in your browser. There is no automatic save. Limited aggregate usage measurement never includes your document fields or logo. Read the Privacy Policy for the full boundary.
Can I add my logo or print without prices?
Yes. Add a local PNG or JPEG logo, then use the preview to check it. Packing slips here contain item and shipment details without prices; use the separate invoice tool when you need to bill for the order.
